These are both used to adjust machines that I use in my job. Those of you that know me somewhat will probably remember what I do to support my scrolling habit, if not ask away.

Grampa, I'm a tattooist. David your right on the first one it is used to check the spring tension on a tattoo machine. How about the second one?

Alright you made me give in. The second one is for aligning the springs on a tattoo machine when mounting them to the armature bar. Clear as mud right?  Grin Grin Grin
