2Cups Ketchup 1 Cup water 1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar 5 Tablespoons of brown sugar 5 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 tablespoon freash ground blackpepper 1/2 tablespoon onion powder 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
In large sauce pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer cooked uncovered stirring frequently for 1 hour 15 minutes

    Good sounding recipe!  I think for a good sauce, an hour of stirring might just be worth it.

it is worth the time i have been making this for years  i put it on pulled pork , ribs , brisket and stripsteaks it makes about a quart of sauce

Very very very good stuff Joe! I just built a batch and got it aimed at some brisket. The only modification I threw at it was a splash of Makers Mark. I went the full simmer length and it is indeed worth the wait. Thanks!

Joe it sounds like it might be a winner,have you ever tried it with some fresh ground garlic instead of the black pepper? Thanks for the recipe.
